City Prayer

Matthew 6: 7-15 (KJV) But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

True prayer releases heaven into the earth’s atmosphere. Jesus taught us to pray, “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Our focus is releasing heaven’s supernatural reality into our world. At the conclusion of the Lord’s prayer, He said “for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory forever;” this is what we dispense through our prayer life. His kingdom is His royal government, His power is His royal authority and His glory is His royal manifest presence. The primary agenda of prayer is to release the Kingdom of heaven upon the earth.
Mathew 18:19 (KJV) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

In this passage Jesus teaches us the power of agreement. Gathering together at the altar of prayer releases exponential power and possibilities into the earth. It is through the prayer of agreement that God manifests His promises, His power and His presence.

Such corporate prayer can literally change world events. We believe that through the power of corporate prayer we can change the landscape of our city and region bringing revival, spiritual reformation, a harvest of souls, and economic liberation to our territory. We believe through corporate prayer we can create greener pastures within our city that will attract outsiders whose pastures are depleted.

We invite you to join us as we see the power of God released through prayer, bringing substantial change that will transform the landscape of New Castle and surrounding areas for generations to come.

Through our corporate prayer we are expecting moves of the Spirit with signs and wonders following that will bring a spiritual awakening to Western PA.
